    If you're looking to do in-house social media, I suggest contacting your marketing team and see what they're already working on. Then, following company guidelines, start being the voice of your company. Start responding to concerns. I suggest setting up a Google alert to monitor what people are saying.

    Fantastic points, I like your don't boil the ocean idea. Sometimes we can become overwhelmed by taking on too many projects, when just focusing and devoting a little bit of time to each project can turn out to be more productive in the long run. Time management is definitely an important skill to master.

    SO true, if you just devote a little more time towards each project, you'd be surprised how much more you get done. The A.D.D., multitasking on a million things method just doesn't work as well as it was hyped up to be.
