Andrew,
The biggest (yet small) changes are to the sidebar and the main content. The sidebar is slightly bigger with a better author section and the main content text is justified. I made these changes, because I felt the original, while great, looked a tad funny with the sidebar right justified while the main content was left. Thanks for giving it a look - tell your friends!
